Q. Are tools provided by the program?
A. No. You must purchase your own set of hand tools, specialty tools for testing, and manufacturer specific tools are provided by the school
Q. Is all of the testing for the certifications completed at the school?
A. The certifications that you will receive from LWIT will be completed in your program. The factory or industry certifications tests are taken and graded elsewhere.
Q. After completing the program will I be able to get a job?
A. Yes, our average placement rate is near 95%, and each of our programs operate as part of the Co-Op program. Once you reach the halfway point in your program, you can come to school in the morning and work in the afternoon.
Q. Should I have insurance while I'm in school?
A. Yes, you can have your own insurance or you can sign up for the insurance that is offered to students every year.
